ORDERING ONLINE
Shopping online with Calico House is easy. Simply add the items to you would like to purchase to your cart and adjust the quantities if needed. Be sure to select the right item (size/style) in the drop down menu as with some items there are a lot of options.
Payment can made via Paypal. If you wish to use another option such as direct credit card you can call our Melbourne store directly on 03) 9417 6111
Direct deposit and cheque payment are currently not available.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email, you will also be notified by email when your order is dispatched.

SHIPPING
Orders will be posted within 48 hours where possible, please note our dispatch days are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
All our goods are shipped via Express post or courier - if you would like to discuss other shipping options please contact us at our Melbourne store prior to completing your checkout.
An email will be sent to you confirming your order has been sent with a tracking number etc.

(Please note free postage may not apply to some items, this will be outlined on the item description page).
During the checkout process please indicate any special delivery instructions. Eg. Rear of property, ok to leave etc.
If, for some reason, there is a delay with delivery of your order we will communicate this within 2 working days, and offer an estimated delivery time frame. Should a delayed delivery time not meet your needs, we will be happy to process a refund.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
At Calico House, we endeavor to make sure that all products shown on our site are in stock, and that pricing is true and correct. However in some cases this is not always possible, especially with fast moving items such as the very popular Craft Studio cushions covers. If an item(s) is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact to arrange an alternative or offer a delivery time frame. If this does not suit , naturally a refund will be offered. If you require your stock urgently I suggest emailing or calling our Melbourne store on the above details to confirm that your items are ready to ship!
Also please contact us prior to finalizing your order if you wish to order large quantities.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Calico House is based in Australia, however we are happy to ship internationally.
All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Australia Post International shipping costs will apply, along with the appropriate insurance cost. Australia Post delivery charges are influenced by the size and weight of the product(s) you have ordered, and the delivery location.
Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.

PRICING AND TAX
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and include 10% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Product prices are updated when price changes are received from our suppliers.

GIFTS AND GIFT WRAPPING
We offer the option to have each purchase wrapped in recycled paper tied with jute string, or raffia (both are subject to availability). There is no additional charge for this, please indicate at the checkout if you would like your purchases gift wrapped.
PLEASE INDICATE WHETHER THE DELIVERY ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS.

PRODUCT IMAGES
While we do our very best to make sure that the images shown are an accurate representation of the products sometimes due to dye lots and screen/camera resolution there are slight variations. Feel free to contact us if you need more images, information etc.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We would like our customers to feel confident in ordering with us online. With this in mind, our returns policy is as follows:
Should you feel the item ordered is not right for you, we are happy to exchange, provide a credit note or refund of the purchase price upon the following conditions;
PLEASE NOTE THESE CONDITIONS ARE FOR ONLINE PURCHSES.

• For a full refund, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving it. This applies to full price items only. No refunds on sale items.
• For an exchange or credit note, you need to contact us and return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it.
• Any returned item must be in saleable condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. In other words as your received it.
• Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge.
• Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
• We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
• Any credit notes issued will be valid for 6 months.
• Refunds or credit notes are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
• If the exchange item is more expensive than the original purchase item the difference must be paid before the item is shipped, if it is less the balance will either be refunded or provided in form of a credit note- depending on time frame of return.

NOTE- THERE IS NO RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON CUT FABRIC
